Megalourethra

Congenital disorder of the anterior urethra with deficiency of distal corpus spongiosum (and sometimes also corpus cavernosum) with angulation and balloon-like dilatation of the urethra. Treatment depends on the severity of the disorder: circumcising incision, excision of redundant urethra and longitudinal closure of the urethra over a catheter.
