Megalourethra
Megalourethra is a congenital disorder of the anterior urethra with a deficiency of distal corpus spongiosum (and sometimes also corpus cavernosum) with angulation and balloon-like dilatation of the urethra. The disease is associated with the prune-belly-syndrome. Treatment depends on the severity of the disorder: circumcising incision, excision of the redundant urethra and longitudinal closure of the urethra over a catheter.
