Inguinal Lymphadenopathy: Differential Diagnosis of Groin Lumps

Ultrasound of an enlarged inguinal lymph node: a typical image of a benign lymph node enlargement (length 20 mm) with a regular oval-shaped lymph node with an echogenic center (fatty degeneration). Signs of malignant lymphadenopathy are lymph nodes with irregular hypoechoic areas, round lymph nodes, and irregularly shaped lymph nodes.
