Seminal Vesicle Stones

Due to ejaculatory duct obstruction and/or due to chronic infection, the seminal vesicle may develop stones. Signs and symptoms are pain, infection or infertility. Treatment consists in the removal of the seminal vesicle (laparoscopic, transvesical or perineal access) with adjuvant antibiotic therapy (Kilciler, 2002).
